So this first week of the challenge, has been my worst week, since I started the previous challenge. I just felt, like I needed a little break for a couple of days. Cameron just told me, its okay you weren't working as hard the first week, as long as the next 7 weeks you work really hard. Today, is the first time, I actually felt really good, following the points, working out, eating healthy, and no sweets. It feels, like I am back on track. I just hope my determination will continue, and show results, from the last challenge. I was in 3rd place, and that was kind of disappointing because, it was like I was sooooo close to winning, but it wasn't enough. I probably wouldn't felt so sad about it if I wasn't close to winning, but its like....ahhhhhhhhh, so close!!!!! Well hopefully these next 7 weeks will be good and healthy....lol.

It's okay, I know I have bad days and weeks and months too! Just hang in there, find some positive energy and one step at a time. This week will be better than last! :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes you just need one good day to get you feeling more motivated and back on track. You can do it! Just think how much better you feel overall compared to 9 weeks ago. You got this.

ReplyDeleteHang in there!! Do something good for yourself !! Buy a new pair of sandals, get your hair highlighted, buy that hot pink nail polish you've been wanting, buy that book you've been dying to read. Make it your reward for coming in #3 in your last challenge.
