carrots are for rabbits!

Anyone have helpful tips for cutting the sugar craving? I can't eat another carrot stick!

  1. Save you fruit servings for when you have a sugar craving and for snacks. Also snack on fat free yogurt. Boston cream pie is super good. Josh and I also like Extra's dessert gum. My favorite is dreamcicle. I wouldn't snack on veggies if you have a sugar craving, that would just make me mad. :) hope that helps.

  2. The gum is orange dreamcicle. Apple pie is yummy too and root beer float.

  4. Some things I really like: apples with 1 TBS peanut butter dipped in raisins, sugar free hot cocoa, Fit & Active cheese rice crisps, Chobani yogurt, almonds sprinkled with cocoa (Aldi's), and lots of water and up your protein. Cottage cheese with sugar free pears is another favorite. Tomorrow all of Hayden's easter candy is going to Megan's. It can't be in the house. I had a "0" day for eating jelly beans that I don't really like!!

    1. Ooh, I'm going to have to try some of those. Yum. And I also hate it when I waste my calories on sugary stuff I don't even like that much. Why do we do that to ourselves? It's maddening.

  6. i like dried fruit, it seems more like a treat than fruit when you have a craving. I have also made a cookie that is just banana, oatmeal, and whatever else you want to add like coconut, nuts etc.

    You can do it!
