Well I am not sure I'm posting this right, but here goes!! (Before its too late for this week!!;)
My name is Cathryn Beachum. My sister in law is Lauren Buchan, who is Carly's sister in law!! Lol I am married to my husband Bryant and we have 2 kids, Noah (6) and Lori (4). Bryant and I just had our 10 year anniversary on the 29th!! I am a nurse at the pediatric Emergency Room in Charlotte. I love being a mom, wife, and nurse;)
I am starting this challenge because over the years, I have put on weight. Between the kids, nursing school, and just plain stress!! I recently starting working out of the Y 5-6 days a week but I know my habits are keeping me from my goal.
Already on this challenge, I have cut down on my Diet Dr Pepper intake and limited my sweets!! (Obviously it wasn't a "perfect" week for me since it was our 10 yr and Easter, but I absolutely did much better than I would have without this challenge!!
Anyway, that's a little about me and my family!!! Good luck to everyone!!!!

Congratulations on your anniversary! My brother just had his 10 yr on the 27th. That's awesome. Easter was a bust for me too. But onward and upward!
ReplyDeleteCathryn, I feel like I know you because I've known the Beachums for about 17 years since we moved to Charlotte. Bryant was a teenager when we moved here. Diana just moved into my ward. Love that woman!! How exciting that you are a nurse !! What the perfect mom job. Congrats on your 10th anniversary. For our anniversary in December we went to Tulum Mexico which is about 90 miles south of Cancun. Love it! Love snorkeling, ziplining, rapeling, seeing ancient ruins, eating food that someone else prepared. Good luck on this 8-week journey.
