Hey everyone! I am really enjoying this challenge. I love all the healthy changes I've been making and the results I'm seeing. I've had a few friends say they'd love to do something like this when I'm done, but here's the truth...I'm scared I won't keep it up on my own (not yet anyway), so I want to do ANOTHER CHALLENGE!!! Who's with me? I was thinking of starting May 20 or May 27. Anyone thoughts?
I'd be interested, are you going to do the same point system? I think I would add some other aspects of health/fitness that would push me more and make it harder to get perfect points.
